We divide guides into two categories; "Out-Guide" and "In-Guide".
Out-Guides refer to guides who mainly guide outdoors, and In-Guides are guides who mainly guide indoors.
The main occupations are as follows.

Guide is not a qualified business, anyone can guide.
It is up to the customer whether you will be recognized as a guide or not.
For that reason, the world of guide is a matter of ability and aptitude.

The tour conductor is not a guide.
Their job is not to guide you.
Their job is to manage itineraries (managing to ensure that travelers can receive services).
Therefore, it is a qualified job that requires the qualification of "Tour Conductor".

A tour conductor can work as a guide, but an unlicensed guide cannot work as a tour conductor.
