From when does the cancellation fee will be charged?

*In the case of cancellation due to customer’s circumstances, we will charge the fee regardless of the reason.
*Any change in the number of people in the reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
Can children participate the tour?
Yes, they can participate.
Children under the age of 2 can participate free of charge.
Some tours may have restrictions on participation.

Is there a dress code or certain things to bring?
It depends on the tour.
Please refer to the notes column on each tour page.
Will the tour be held even if it rains?
It will be held in rainy weather, but may be canceled in the stormy weather.
In that case, we will contact you by 3 hours before the event.
What is the insurance fee included in the participation fee?
Since we are a registered travel agency, accidents during the tour will be compensated based on the “Special Compensation Regulations”.
